In case you wish to repeat any of the above activities, the ASF team will have to evaluate your request; the possibility of a repetition will depend on time and venue availability. It is important to ensure that your participation requires minimum preparation, in order to secure a smooth transition from one activity to another. In case one participation requires a specific and time-consuming preparation, the organisational team needs to be informed ahead of time to examine the feasibility of the participation.
