From the earliest astronomers who characterized and named celestial bodies to the modern-day scientists and astronomy enthusiasts, the boundless \u201cocean\u201d of stars is a field of observation capable of maintaining one\u2019s interest for hours. But how can we distinguish the celestial wonders we observe while looking skywards?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At this year\u2019s <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.old.athens-science-festival.gr\/en\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Athens Science Festival<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, we will embark on an unforgettable journey into the dark starry sky. We invite you to the <\/span><b>central courtyard<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.athens-technopolis.gr\/index.php\/en\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Technopolis City of Athens<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, on <\/span><b>Tuesday <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and <\/span><b>Wednesday<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> after <\/span><b>21:00<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, to observe the brightest celestial objects thought the telescopes of the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.spartastronomy.gr\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cDioskouroi\u201d Astronomy Society of Spata<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/AAEDE.HRAKLIS\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Astronomy and Astrophysics Society of Western Greece \u201cHercules\u201d<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With the guidance of scientists, we will have the opportunity to explore the \u201cwatery\u201d constellations of autumn and the brightest planets of the Athenian sky, that are visible during this period, such as Jupiter and Saturn.
